What does “free during beta” mean?
Exactly that. While we're in beta, every account gets every feature — including Barb — at no cost. No card on file, nothing to cancel.
What happens when billing launches?
You'll pick a tier. Nothing you've built gets deleted or held hostage — the wedding data is yours either way. If you stay on Free, the guest list caps at 25 and Barb steps out of the room.
What does Barb actually do?
Barb is an AI coordinator wired into the wedding's live data. She doesn't just answer questions — she can add guests, adjust the budget, draft the ceremony, and build the day-of schedule. You approve; she does the typing.
Can I export my data?
Yes. The guest list exports to CSV any time, on every tier, and the day-of schedule has a print view and a shareable link. No lock-in theatrics.
Why a 25-guest cap on Free?
Twenty-five guests covers an elopement or a small dinner wedding comfortably. Most weddings outgrow it — that's the honest signal it's time for Pro.
Can I switch tiers mid-planning?
Yes, either direction, any time. Monthly billing, no contract. Most couples subscribe through the planning window and cancel after the wedding — that's expected, not a loophole.
